01Who we are
JellyFix ("the App", "we", "us") is developed by Code Farmer. This policy explains how the App handles your information. By using JellyFix you agree to the practices described here.
02Information we collect
JellyFix does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not have servers that receive your data.
The App works with the following on your device, and only on your device:
- Photos and images you choose to open from your photo library, or capture with your camera, for the purpose of colour restoration.
- Restored images and saved presets that you create within the App, stored locally so you can re-use them.
This content stays on your device unless you choose to share or export it yourself.
03How your photos are processed
All image enhancement runs locally using machine-learning models bundled inside the App. When you process a photo:
- The image is read and analysed on your device only.
- No copy of the image is sent over the internet, to us, or to any third party.
- The restored result is shown to you, and is saved to your device only when you choose to save or export it.
Because processing is on-device, JellyFix can work without an internet connection.
04Permissions we request
The App may request the following permissions, used solely to provide its features:
- Photos / Storage — to let you select images to restore and to save the results back to your device.
- Camera — only if you choose to capture a photo directly within the App.
You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. Declining a permission may disable the related feature but does not otherwise affect the App.
05Analytics & third-party services
JellyFix does not include third-party advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs, and does not build a profile of you. We do not sell or share any data, because we do not collect any.
06Data retention & your control
Any images and presets created in the App are stored on your device and remain under your control. You can delete them at any time through the App or your device's file management. Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored data.
07Children's privacy
JellyFix is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As the App does not collect personal data, no such information is gathered from any user.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and posting the revised policy at this address. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
